Services We Provide

We offer professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Lancaster, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include wood fences, vinyl/PVC fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions.

All work is performed by trained professionals and comes with our commitment to quality craftsmanship. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a project is unsafe, not feasible, or violates local building codes.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered during installation.

You will be notified of any changes to the agreed-upon price before we proceed with additional work. Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and ensuring that your fence project complies with local HOA rules and regulations. We can advise you on common requirements, but ultimately compliance is your responsibility.

You must provide clear access to the work area and remove any obstacles that could interfere with installation. If underground utilities need to be marked, you should contact 811 before we begin work.

Warranties

We stand behind our work. Labor warranties vary by project type and will be specified in your agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and terms will be shared with you.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, improper use, or modifications made by others after installation.

Limitation of Liability

ProPost Lancaster Fence Builders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled project up to 48 hours before the start date without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered and scheduling costs.

If we need to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at no additional charge.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
